Appointments

We have reviewed our appointment system and have now increased the number of available appointments each morning. We are therefore no longer offering pre bookable appointments on Thursday afternoon.

If you require an appointment please call any morning after 8.30pm regardless if your health issue is urgent or not and we will endeavour to book you a appointment with the most appropriate medical professional. GP appointments will be offered as a telephone appointment initially with the GP arranging a face to face appointment if required. 

Afternoon appointments will be reserved for urgent medical events only.

Please do not challenge our staff if they are unable to give you an appointment when we have reached our capacity.

The number of routine appointments will depend on the availability of medical staff, and will be reduced at times of increased demand such as before and after Bank Holidays.

Your co-operation will be appreciated.

On Line services for Repeat Prescription is available and we encourage our patients to use this system which is available 24 hours a day and reduces the demand on our telephone system, please enquire at Reception.

Chaperones

If you would like a chaperone in attendance during your medical examination please tell your doctor.
